Gary has worked with countless developers, architects, engineers, and construction personnel over the years, continually providing innovative and cost-effective green measure implementation to meet and exceed project requirements. Gary has project experience ranging from residential custom homes to multi-family housing to highrise commercial buildings. Gary, an effective communicator, and team leader has helped projects troubleshoot and remedy problems saving hundreds of thousands to his clients.

Maverick Allen

Partner/CEO

Maverick has a comprehensive background in construction and design processes. After working through university as an electrician, he gained design side experience with an architecture firm and began providing sustainability consulting in 2016. Working multiple positions along the construction supply chain has provided the experience needed to ensure that each deliverable from Blink meets the highest standards of excellence. Maverick strives to find and implement the best work-flow, process, and communication methods for each project.
